A significant breakthrough came in 2003 when Dr. Meenakshi Bajpai, HOD Pharma at Rameesh College, invited Mr. Sinha to present these modules for syllabus updates at Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU, now AKTU). Recognizing their relevance, UPTU integrated these modules into its Pharma syllabus — a landmark moment that validated the importance of this training.
Over the years, Image Boosterz expanded from Delhi NCR to multiple states across India, empowering over 1 million (10 lakh+) students. Today, our training programs run in numerous private and government colleges, including prestigious institutions like IITs, NITs, and IIITs. Our soft skills and aptitude workshops are now widely endorsed by these colleges due to their proven impact.
In 2009, to further this mission with a dedicated non-profit approach, IMAGE BOOSTERZ TRUST (IBT) was established. With a deep commitment to transforming lives through education, IBT ensures that every Graduate and Postgraduate student is prepared for the corporate world — the ultimate employer and source of livelihood.
At IBT, we believe education is a right, not a privilege. Our multifaceted programs tackle educational and skill gaps through partnerships with colleges, practical skill development, and targeted job readiness training. We work tirelessly to make these opportunities inclusive and accessible, especially for underprivileged students.
Our initiatives go beyond classrooms — from organizing skill workshops and job seminars to providing financial support and creating nurturing learning environments. We collaborate closely with local communities, government agencies, and other non-profits to ensure our programs meet diverse, real-world needs.
